Full time 35 hours per week position. An outreach clinician is needed for our expanding Adult programs to work with consumers who are unable to attend office-based appointments. This clinician will work with adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Must be able to work independently and to be comfortable with computer documentation. Candidate must be NH licensed as an LICSW. |

Full-time 40 hours per week APRN. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing medication management services and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Duties for this position will be primarily office based, but other duties may involve doing consultation work at Parkland Medical Center as well as providing integrated care in the community. Preferred experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has worked with managing complex psychiatric disorders.

| QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT/AUDITOR |
Full-time position 30 hours per week will coordinate QA audit process, perform chart audits, develop and maintain reports, track chart reviews, assist in training staff, help prepare and coordinate external audits. Required BA/BS or equivalent experience, must be proficient with Excel and EMR, strong public speaking and training skills. |
| BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT |
The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide clinical services as part of our expanding integrated care services. The position will be four days per week working on-site at a primary care medical practice serving women ages 18 and older. Responsibilities will include providing emergency intervention, assessment and short term treatment, referrals to appropriate community resources, and consultation to physicians at the practice working as part of a collaborative team. Master's degree in social work or counseling, independent licensure and ability to work independently in a solution focused brief treatment model required. |

A full-time position will require 2 days a week in our Derry office and 3 days a week in our Hampstead office. The clinician must be comfortable working independently and able to collaborate with schools and community partners. Required Masters level license or licensed eligible clinician with at least 1 year experience. |

A full-time 40 hour per week position for an ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) APRN. Duties for this position will be office based, five days a week. The ideal candidate will be the primary medication provider for our ACT team clients, as well as providing medication management services to non- ACT team patients, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Prefer 3-5 years experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience working with complex psychiatric disorders. |

This is a full-time position with our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. As a member of the BLL staff, will work to ensure all consumers are provided an environment that is safe, caring, nurturing, therapeutic and positive in order to enhance quality of life, growth and development. Will maintain a safe, clean environment and equipment for clients; administers medications pursuant to agency, federal and state requirements; responsible for documentation in accordance with agency policies and federal/state standards. |

Candidate should have clinical experience providing Solution-Focused treatment and have the organizational skills to manage demands of a challenging caseload. Will work from our Derry and Salem locations as well as provide some community based treatment as needed. A Master’s degree is required, with LICSW preferred.

Whether it is at home, school, or work, during social activities or in the community, Community Support Counselors work with their consumers in those environments that challenge their ability to manage their symptoms, emotions and behaviors. Bachelors Degree required with 2 years experience working with children diagnosed with mental illness. Must have solid decision making and problem solving skills and function as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This is a 35 hour per week position with direct service productivity expectations.

| BEAVER LAKE LODGE RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER |
The Residential Supervisor/Team leader position will be at our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. Responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of residents, will act as liaison between residential staff and management providing clinical input, task delegation and information distribution. Position is responsible for monitoring of medication management and supervising and assisting residential staff. Must have proven leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and professionals, and be able to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Services is required and must be at least 18 years of age.

| The Certified Nursing Assistant will be at our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. A current New Hampshire CNA license is required, must be at least 18 years of age with at least one year experience in Human Services or equivalent experience.

Elders Community Case Manager position at our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. Will provide targeted case management and functional support services to residents and coordinate treatment with the multi-disciplinary team. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, at least two years experience in Human Services or equivalent experience and must be at least 18 years of age.

| This Residential Counselor position is at our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. Responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of residents and assisting residents with symptom management, daily living needs, administer medications and other requirements consistent with ISP plan guidelines. High school diploma or equivalency required with at least one year experience in Human Services or equivalent experience and must be at least 18 years of age.

A full-time 35 hour per week position. Duties include completing initial client intakes as well as providing phone or face-to-face crisis and emergency service support and will carry a small caseload. Candidates must have strong clinical assessment skills with knowledge and understanding of clinical interventions. Must have the ability to make sound clinical decisions in emergency situations and be able to communicate effectively with professionals, clients and families. Preferred minimum of 3 years in direct service mental health experience with a Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, family therapy, a license is preferred.
