CASE MANAGER FOR ADULTS
|
This 35 hour per week, full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience. Case manager will provide individual service plan development, crisis management planning, crisis interventions, assessments, referrals and monitor service delivery. Also responsible for outreach, advocacy, resource identification, referral, mobilization, linkage, monitoring and coordination of client services. Knowledge of recovery oriented service delivery and case management functions as well as demonstrated ability to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
|
This 35 hour per week position requires a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities including working with adults with mental illness supporting work incentive planning, employment, and job development in the community. Must demonstrate ability to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision.

VEHICLE DETAILER
|
Part time 5 hours per week position requires High School diploma or equivalent. Responsible to detail and maintain general cleaning of interior and exterior of company vehicles. Ability to lift 20 lbs., bend/stoop, operate cleaning equipment required.

RESIDENT ROOM HOUSEKEEPER
|
Part time 5 hours per week position requires High School diploma or equivalent. General cleaning duties to maintain resident rooms. Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend/stoop and use household cleaning tools.

LANDSCAPER/
MAINTENANCE
|
Part time 5 hours per week position requires High School diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include maintaining grounds including shrubs, light shoveling and salting in winter time.
Maintenance of foyer/main entrance area, miscellaneous light maintenance jobs as needed. Ability to lift 20 lbs. bend/stoop and use of appropriate tools.

CLERICAL ASSISTANT

Part time 5 hours per week position requires High School diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include scanning document, filing paperwork and assistance with other tasks as needed.

FSS NURSE
FOR ADULTS
|
This is a fee-for-service position of 12-15 hours per week. Will be working with adults in the community providing training and education to promote medication compliance.

|
PER-DIEM POSITIONS AVAILABLE
|
We are looking for per-diem workers to work an occasional shift when needed at our residential programs in Derry and Salem. Coverage on all shifts needed including weekdays, weekends and evenings.

OUTREACH CLINICIAN FOR ADULTS
|
Full time 35 hours per week position. An outreach clinician is needed for our expanding Adult programs to work with consumers who are unable to attend office-based appointments. This clinician will work with adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Must be able to work independently and to be comfortable with computer documentation. Candidate must be NH licensed as an LICSW.

OUTPATIENT CLINICIANS
|
Outpatient Clinicians are needed for our expanding Adult and Children’s programs. These full-time positions will work with children and adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Must have a Master’s degree and be NH Licensed. CLM offers an excellent benefit package.

BILINGUAL LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN
|
This full-time position will meet the demands of our growing outpatient services to children, adolescents, adult and seniors. As the community mental health center serving the greater Salem/Derry/Plaistow area of Southern New Hampshire, our clinical approach is both multi-disciplinary and community oriented. Spanish preferred.
